Teams have more potential and dynamic than individuals. The aim of teambuilding is to utilise and promote this.
In doing so a variety of personalities, diverging values and behaviour, varying skills and knowledge need to be brought together, and cultural differences need to be harmonised with your company goals. Conflicts need to be recognised, identified and presented within the team. Willingness to cooperate and team spirit need to be strengthened for the efficiency and flexibility of the team to increase. To do this the actual state of the team is analysed, themes worked out and the desired state determined. Team exercises will be employed as well as feedback techniques and outdoor training.
